 as Literacy Center's English Literacy Tutor Training\, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on

 .\, Chicago.\nOnce trained\, each tutor will work with a student for 60 mi
 nutes per week. Tutoring takes place on a limited basis in person at the c
 enter or online. Knowledge of another language is not required of tutors —
  instruction takes place in English — however tutors must be native or nea
 r-native English speakers. After tutors complete training\, each will rece
 ive a certificate from and six-month membership to ProLiteracy.\nParticipa
