 , Present and Future\, a panel discussion from 6:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. on Wedn
 esday\, August 22\, 2018\, at the Chicago Maritime Museum\, 1200 W. 35th S
 t.\, Suite 05E-5010. \nPanelists are to include Commissioner Debra Shore o
 f the Metropolitan Water Reclamation District and Dr. Phil Willink\, who w
 ill speak about the fish populations in the south fork of the South Branch
  of the Chicago River\, aka Bubbly Creek. Other panelists may include repr
 esentatives of the 11th Ward and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.\nThis f
 ree event opens up this amazing museum to council members and meeting atte
 ndees\, and it will include light food and beverages. Donations to the mus
 eum at this event are encouraged.\nIn addition to meeting neighbors\, lear
 ning about the Chicago River and its maritime history\, and touring the mu
 seum\, presentations will focus on Bubby Creek's past and pending projects
  to improve it.\nThe Chicago Maritime Museum is located in the Bridgeport 
 Art Center on 35th Street between Racine Avenue and the river. Enter on th
