 munity Development Meeting from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday\, July 2\, 
 2019\, at Horizon Science Academy - McKinley Park\, 2245 W. Pershing Road\
 , Chicago.\nThis meeting is for an opportunity for developers to present t
 heir local\, proposed projects for construction in the McKinley Park neigh
 borhood\, and for the public to provide feedback to and ask questions abou
 t the proposals. Three development proposals are on the docket for the Jul
 y 2 meeting:\n\n1735 W. 38th St.\, a proposed photography studio \n2139 an
 d 2159 W. Pershing Road\, the two Central Manufacturing District buildings
  under prospective development as recently reported in the McKinley Park N
 ews  \n2055-2011 W. Pershing Road\, which are the properties containing a 
 former warehouse and offices of U.S. Cold Storage Co. under ownership and 
 development by Aberdeen Development Inc. as reported in the McKinley Park 
 News\n\nA rendering of the proposed photography studio at 1735 W. 38th St.
  illustrates building additions designed to bring light into the space.\nA
 lderman Cardenas offered the following statement on this and other upcomin
 g community development meetings and planning:\n\nAs McKinley Park continu
 es to grow\, each development proposal will undergo a public review proces
 s\, which involves a presentation of the project to the community at an op
 en meeting. Attendance and participation at these open meetings is crucial
 . It is an opportunity for the developer to hear the comments and concerns
  of the community\, and it is a powerful format through which your voices 
 can be heard. \nStrong public input can change the course of a project\, a
 nd Alderman Cardenas will prioritize the needs and goals of the McKinley P
 ark community before approving zoning map amendments. Please consider atte
