Stay fit and learn self-defense techniques with fellow armed forces service members at Veterans Judo, noon to 1:30 p.m. on Thursdays at the McKinley Park field house, 2210 W. Pershing Road, Chicago.
This free program welcomes veterans and active military personnel who are interested in learning about judo terminology and techniques.
