Discover Chicago's best dumpling at the Dumpling Battle from 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. on Monday, March 9, 2026, at Marz Community Brewing Co., 3630 S. Iron St., Chicago.
Sixteen Chicago chefs will present their best version of a dumpling — fried, boiled, baked, or steamed — for the honor of being crowned the 2026 Dumpling Queen or King.
Participants include 3 Little Pigs, Acanto, Adalita, Bar Berria, Chef Tony B, Hari Haru, Kimski, Lao Peng You, Lilac Tiger, Nine Bar, Noriko, Omarcitos, Perilla, Pierogi Papi, Tita Tootsies and Triple Crown.
A $65 admission fee includes one sample of each dumping and a Marz Brewing beverage, and a vote for Best Dumpling. Purchase and reserve tickets on the Dumpling Battle page in the Marz Community Brewing Co. Shop.
