McKinley Dog Park Advisory Council: Quarterly Open Meeting

Community members and animal lovers are invited to the McKinley Dog Park Advisory Council: Quarterly Open Meeting from 7 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Monday, September 24, 2018, at the Back of the Yards Coffeehouse and Roastery, 2059 W. 47th St., Chicago.

Please note: This meeting date is changed from the usual first Monday of the quarter due to the fund-raising event on September 14. Also, the advisory council is meeting at Back of the Yards Coffeehouse instead of the usual location at the McKinley Park field house due to field house construction.

This meeting, the first after the fund-raiser on September 14, 2018, will be to welcome new committee members (all interested are welcome) and to discuss turnout at our fundraiser, financial updates, updates from the park district and updates from the 12th Ward office.  We will also discuss ways that interested members can get involved in dog park efforts.

The McKinley Dog Park Advisory Council receives its 501c3 fiscal sponsorhsip through the Chicago Parks Foundation.  

The monthly meeting of the McKinley Park Dog Park Committee takes place from 7 p.m. to 8 p.m. on the first Monday of the month at the McKinley Park field house, 2210 W. Pershing Road, Chicago. 

The committee meets every month and encourages new participants to get involved. If you have a dog, love pets, or just want to see a great amenity brought to the neighborhood, get involved in the McKinley Park Dog Park!
