Property Owner Workshop - Understanding Voucher Program Enforcement

Discover how the Chicago Housing Authority manages enforcement of its Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) program at the Property Owner Workshop - Understanding Voucher Program Enforcement from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. on Tuesday, April 24, 2018, at the McKinley Park branch of the Chicago Public Library,1915 W. 35th St., Chicago.

At this event, hear from the HCV enforcement team and other CHA staff as they discuss how enforcement and remediation are conducted when participating tenants violate the provisions of the program. This session will focus on how CHA interacts with participants and property owners at every stage of enforcement proceedings from warnings and termination notices to hearings and final decisions.
