Spanish Language Healthcare Enrollment Assistance

12th Ward Alderman George Cardenas hosts Spanish Language Healthcare Enrollment Assistance from 9 a.m. to noon every Monday at the 12th Ward office, 3476 S. Archer Ave., Chicago.

At the sessions, the Alivio Medical Center provides resources to help Spanish and English language speakers enroll in and navigate Medicaid, Obamacare and other health plans. This service is offered by appointment and at no cost; to make an appointment, call Lydia at (312) 743-0493.
