 We are actively  looking for beat facilitators to help us organize meetings and attract new community members to get involved in Community Policing..  Glenn and Christine Young were the former beat 912 facilitators who grew the group to be  the largest and most active in the City of Chicago .We would like to work with someone who could help us with staying connected to the community and continue the relationship that makes Mckinley Park such a great place to live.

McK-UDOS

The McKinley Park Underage Drinking & Other Substance Abuse Prevention Coalition (McK-UDOS) serves the McKinley Park neighborhood by raising awareness of the dangers of teenage alcohol and substance abuse. A program of the Midwest Asian Health Association (MAHA), the coalition includes dozens of local community organizations, elected officials and private businesses.

The McKinley Park Civic Association is the McKinley Park neighborhood's longest-serving community group, supporting community engagement and development since our founding in 1970.

The McKinley Dog Park Advisory Council is brought the first dog park to the southwest side of Chicago in January 2020. We've been working on this project since the summer of 2014 and look forward to this key community amenity for pet lovers in the neighborhood and beyond.
