Chile Toreado, which opened in early 2020 at 2022 W. 35th St., Chicago, is the brainchild of proprietor brothers Jaime and Alfonso Sotelo, both of whom are McKinley Park neighborhood residents and were featured alongside their restaurant in a November 2019 writeup in the McKinley Park News.
