FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
CHICAGO—Stellar Performance, a leading property management, real estate sales and real estate services company, is sharing its local services, residences and growth via a new marketing partnership with the McKinley Park News.
“With over 1,200 residential and commercial units in Chicago, and condominium associations, our management inventory can put you into exactly the space you need,” said Cesar (“Auggie”) Pedroza, owner and lead broker of Stellar Performance.
In Chicago’s McKinley Park neighborhood, the firm notably manages the flatiron building at West 35th Street and South Archer Avenue, housing fully rehabilitated modern apartments above storefront tenants like Cadinho Bakery and Cafe.
“This building is a pleasure to manage,” Pedroza said. “Stellar Performance, which also provides contracting services, rehabbed the entire building.”
Through the firm’s management, the McKinley Park flatiron building has fully booked its residential units, and commercial storefronts are filling up fast.
“We can’t wait for these exciting new businesses to launch and serve the community,” Pedroza said.
The flatiron building has also been the site of community engagement and art with the support of Stellar Performance.
As reported in the McKinley Park News, the community came together there to support a local paleta push cart vendor who was violently robbed in the neighborhood.
Later, the Stellar Performance-run property hosted anti-racist street art on building murals, and their support has included free storefront use for non-profit events and pop-up art exhibitions.
“Our community is stronger when we all come together to support each other,” Pedroza said.
Stellar Performance also partnered with building owner R.P. Fox to collect and send donated goods to Venezuela after the devastating earthquake there in June 2026.
Although McKinley Park’s flatiron residences are currently rented, Stellar Performance manages units across the city, Pedroza said, and he encouraged any interested apartment seekers and home buyers to connect to discuss their needs.
“We’ve helped many people find great homes,” he said, “even sometimes helping clients through multiple moves over the years.”
To help renters find residences for the fall, the “Your New Home” listings in the McKinley Park News features Stellar Performance’s top units with current availability, including in adjacent neighborhoods like Pilsen and other areas of Chicago.
The firm will also enjoy persistent presence and marketing in the McKinley Park News website and weekly email newsletter through its annual Diamond Sponsorship, noted McKinley Park News Publisher Justin Kerr.
“Our top tier of sponsorship is the most effective way to reach the community and stay in front of it on an ongoing basis,” Kerr said. “Features like Sponsor News and Sponsor Events continually offer fresh visibility and new opportunities to connect with our community.”
“We look forward to helping you find your new home through the neighborhood news,” Pedroza said.
