Current and former service members can enjoy Veterans Seasonal Sports from 10:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. on Mondays and Thursdays in the west gymnasium of the McKinley Park field house, 2210 W. Pershing Road, Chicago.

The class offers a sports sampler of badminton, curling, boccia and table tennis (aka ping pong). Participants will gain a firm grasp of rules, scoring court etiquette and terminology for each of the sports, with adaptive equipment available.

A DD214 or other documentation, veteran identification and instructor permission are required to register.
