Get Up! Get Moving! is a free health fair and festival sponsored by the Chicago Hispanic Health Coalition from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturday, June 4, 2016, at the McKinley Park Field House, 2210 W. Pershing Road, Chicago. Join other community members for an exciting day of healthy activities, free health screenings and info sessions, and live music, food and giveaways. Activities will include:
- tennis clinics
- soccer mini-camp
- wellness walk
- free kidney, cholesterol, glucose, blood pressure, vision and dental screenings
- CHIP and Medicaid counseling with assistance from Illinois State-certified Navigators
- raffles and giveaways, including two VIP tickets for the July 24 Julión Alvarez concert
- fruit and nutritious snacks
- health education
