Fairy House Display

Find the Fairy House Display inside the natural area of McKinley Park from June 25, 2021. Presented throughout the Chicago Park District's natural areas to celebrate the 20th anniversary of its natural area and stewardship program, the Fairy Houses further enchant the sites already teeming with natural flora and fauna.

"Fairies Like You and Me But Tiny" resides somewhere in McKinley Park's natural area.The McKinley Park Fairy House is titled "Fairies: Like You and Me but Tiny" and is a cooperative, volunteer entry from Velma Thomas Early Childhood Center and Chicago Public Schools.

The fairy house is located along one of the trails in McKinley Park's natural area in the east end of the park: Don't venture off the designated trails to minimize impact on vegitation.
