Rangoli Workshop
Learn and create at the Rangoli Workshop from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. on Sunday, April 28, 2024, at Alma Art and Interiors, 3636 S. Iron St., Chicago.
Presented by Indira Johnson, who has drawn Rangoli patterns throughout the U.S., the workshop showcases a South Asian folk art tradition where a woman inaugurates the day by painting a pattern on the threshold of her home.
