Dumpling Battle
Discover Chicago's best dumpling at the Dumpling Battle from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. on Monday, February 24, 2025, at Marz Community Brewing Co., 3630 S. Iron St., Chicago.
Fifteen Chicago chefs will present their best version of a dumpling — fried, boiled, baked, or steamed — for the honor of being crowned the 2025 Dumpling Queen or King.
Participants include Tita Tootsies, Perilla, Obelix, Adallina, Wurst Meats, Casa Empa, Morgan Street Snacks, Bub Cafe, Mi Tocaya, Omarcitos, Brunchlox, Heritage, Seb Street Snacks, Bar Berria and Meze Table.
A $50 admission fee includes one sample of each dumping and a Marz Brewing beverage, and a vote for Best Dumpling. Purchase and reserve tickets on the Dumpling Battle page in the Marz Community Brewing Co. Shop.
