Join neighbors, 12th Ward Alderman George Cardenas, 2nd District State Rep. Theresa Mah and local police for the 34th Place Clean & Green, 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturday, June 10, 2017, on 34th Place between S. Wood St. and S. Damen Ave. This cleanup of 34th Place from Wood Street to Damen Avenue is a great way to meet neighbors and communicate concerns and ideas to elected officials and police.
Rakes, brooms, shovels and light refreshments will be provided. A street closure permit will be obtained and no parking signs posted along 34th Place to ensure safety. For questions, call the 12th Ward office at (773) 523-8250.
