Outdoor Ecology Education

From Saturday, July 21, 2018 10:30 am until 12:00 pm

Get to know your lagoon at Outdoor Ecology Education, 10:30 a.m. to noon on Saturday, July 21, 2018, at the McKinley Park stump circle on the eastern end of McKinley Park, 2210 W. Pershing Road, Chicago. Sponsored by the McKinley Park Advisory Council, this free, all-ages outdoor education session teaches about the organisms that live in our lagoon: fish, frogs, bugs, waterfowl and aquatic plants.

Kids will learn about fish and participate in collecting frogs and bugs from the lagoon, so attendees should be prepared to get a little muddy. For more information, send email to chicagompac@gmail.com.
