Surveillance video depicts the robbery on Saturday, October 24, 2020, in an alley off the 3500 block of South Seeley Avenue.

The face of the SUV's driver was captured in video surveillance at a nearby McKinley Park neighborhood gas station after the suspect tugged down his mask to use his mobile phone, police said.  The 17-year-old robbery victim, a neighborhood teen who had been shopping at the gas station, recognized the robbers as suspects who followed him to the alley from the gas station, police said.

"Your phone, your wallet, right now," one of the robbers can be heard yelling in the video of the robbery. Police noted how the robber manipulated his clothing as though he were armed and said the robbers absconded with the victim's cell phone and U.S. currency.
