Police Seek Man Missing from McKinley Park Neighborhood

Media reports, including an article by the Chicago Sun-Times newspaper, note Chicago Police Department outreach related to Cesar Terrazas, a man reported missing from the McKinley Park neighborhood.

Terrazas' last known location was the Dunkin' Donuts store at 3256 S. Ashland Ave., Chicago, where he was last seen around 4:30 a.m. on Wednesday, October 16.

The 28-year-old has brown hair and brown eyes. He is about 6 feet, 3 inches tall and weighs around 210 pounds. He was last reported wearing a black Carhartt zip-up hooded sweatshirt, dark blue jeans and a Cubs hat colored black and gray.

Terrazas may need medical attention, reports said. Anyone with information as to his whereabouts is asked to call Chicago Police Department Area Central detectives at (312) 747-8380.
