This is a western-style culinary training program that is funded by the City of Chicago for low-income individuals and families.  In this 12 week's training course you will obtain the following upon completion:

• 1 Week Vocal English training
• 11 Weeks hands-on selected recipes training
• Chicago Sanitation License
• Graduation Certificate issued by the State
• Professional Job counseling service
• Connection to the local job market 
• Job interview and placement with partnered Culinary Industry
