Where Real Transformation Happens

At CASL, we don’t just help you overcome challenges. We help you transform your life. We understand your culture, speak your language, and respect your story. And because life’s challenges rarely affect just one person, our programs support you, your family, and your community. Our services, including education, immigration, employment, housing, legal help, health care, older adult services, and advocacy, all work together to meet interconnected needs.

For over 45 years, we’ve partnered with people, families, and communities to create practical, lasting solutions. At CASL, your goals become ours. Stability, independence, opportunity, and a thriving community. Transformation isn’t just our mission. It’s what we do every day.
