2022 Event Permits for McKinley Park

Our friends at the Chicago Park District were nice enough to share word that they've opened up the application process for events to take place in McKinley Park (and other city parks) in 2022. This is the process for all park events, "whether a grand gala under the stars, a 5K in the parks, a simple garden gathering, or the perfect birthday party for your little one."

The cost to apply is $35, and the application review process takes a minimum of 14 days. Once in the process, the Park District will identify any additional fees, and upon conditional approval, the submitter will be required to reply by a deadline with any additional payments, information and insurance information. (General liability insurance is required for all events.)
