Kristoffer's Cakes Chef and Co-Founder Cristina Chavarria
Inspired by and trained with original family recepies, Cristina Chavarria established Kristoffer's Cafe & Bakery in 2003. She sold the establishment in 2013 while maintaining the Kristoffer's brand and product rights.
Today, Kristoffer's Cakes operates independently from the original establishment, but offers the same products plus the convenience of online ordering, payment and delivery throughout the Chicago Metro area: Just visit the Kristoffer's website at kristofferscakes.com and click on a product to start the online ordering process.
